We take all reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

  • Hosting: We host our application on Vercel, which provides security and uses TLS encryption for data transmission.
  • Database: Your data is stored in a Neon database, which uses encryption for data both at rest and in transit, and ensures the isolation of your data.
  • Media: Avatars and logos are stored on Cloudinary, which is SOC 2 Type II certified and provides a high level of security for media files.
  • Authentication: We use the Auth.js library to manage user sessions, helping to securely handle access tokens.
  • Real-time Communication: Real-time data exchange (e.g., in chat) occurs via WebSocket, and all data transmitted through this channel is also protected with encryption.

4. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. Your data may only be shared with third parties in the following cases:

  • Other Application Users: Your resume will be accessible to startups, and startup/vacancy information will be accessible to job seekers. This is a core function of our service.
  • Technical Providers: We use Vercel, Neon, Cloudinary, and Auth.js to operate our application. They act as data processors and are obligated to protect your information.
  • By Law: We may disclose your data if required by law or by request from government authorities.

5. Your Rights

In accordance with Israeli privacy protection law, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Access: You can request access to your personal data that we hold.
  • Right to Rectification: You can request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to Erasure: You can delete your account at any time. Upon doing so, we will delete all your personal data unless its retention is required by law.
